Sealed at capture
Each receipt is read once and checksummed the moment it’s saved. If a figure were ever changed, the seal wouldn’t match — so it can’t quietly change.

An expense with no receipt yet shows openly as Awaiting, never erased. Amounts, dates, and vendors are always visible — those are the proof.
